It’s a breath of fresh air to meet someone that enjoys what they do. Jeremy, my tow operator, is that guy. He arrived on time in a clean rig (you can tell someone takes pride in their work by how clean their service vehicle is) with a smile on his face and a great attitude. He was very careful with my vehicle while loading it up, took pictures to document no damage before departing and left with the same smile on his face. I highly recommend CSS for all your towing needs. I locked their contact in my phone and I’ll be checking with them first for business and personal tows in the future. Thank you CSS for caring and having professional operators with great attitudes!!

Fundamentals and attention to detail matter. THOMAS arrived precisely on-schedule and proceeded to assess the two needs for my TT RS. He made sure my tow hook was secure, and prepared the truck for winching the car up. He showed excellent attention to detail by adjusting the bed to allow my car’s nose to clear the articulated tailpiece. His use of excellent fundamentals was displayed in the ways he secured the car, snugged the chains, and stowed the excess so as not to mar the wheels or the body. His delivery at my shop was equally attentive, and he landed the car precisely where it needed to be for a weekend before the shop would open. I will keep this card in my car!

Kooley serviced me Thursday evening with professionalism, & southern courtesy tonight! I was just getting out of church! I drove my husband’s small ’98 Chevy tonight. He’s teaching me how to drive a pickup. Well… The pickup gave up on me in the right lane, 0.2 miles from my church… The police & two of my friends came to try and jump the truck. After an hour and a half, I reached out to my Roadside assistance for a tow. The police pushed me safely around the corner, into a nearby apartment community. Shout-out to Officer Chavez! This is where Kooley provided stellar services to get me & my vehicle safely home!
